Meet Our newest instructor Anna Yoors!
“My yoga journey started with an afternoon class in middle school, followed by many classes with my mom in high school and college. Post college travels took me to classes all over the country and Europe. After seeing a great variety of classes, I started taking note of what I liked to create better practices that served me and those that would come to my future classes. Yoga has been a grounding practice, providing an opportunity to come back to myself and my body. I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training at Kirpalu Center for Yoga in February, 2019. I am excited to share yoga with others, with classes that focus on the breath, alignment and cultivating a greater awareness of one’s self.”
