Yoga Massage Fusion

 Sunday’s 6:00-7:15pM

A fusion of relaxing and supportive positions enhanced through touch and mindfulness. Students hold gentle, supported stretches for up to 10 minutes while a licensed massage therapist works various muscles groups with light to medium pressure, allowing for a head to toe massage in one single class.

Gentle Parenting MEditation  

Saturday March  19 4:30pm-5:30pm

Mindfulness seminar with intentional parenting techniques to bring happiness back to your parenting routine and focus on child-directed and open-ended play. Bringing awareness to your own emotions and frustrations so that you can better support your child’s social-emotional skills.

Dance fitness class with fun, accepting, and positive instructor leaving you feeling funky and energized to tackle the day. Come join our inclusive movement community.

All Levels Yoga Flow 

Mondays & Wednesday’s: 

This one hour all levels yoga flow class focuses on the mind, body, and soul through different asanas. Modifications are always available to assist or progress your pose. Yogis of all levels are welcome to join. We occasionally work towards inversions and ashtanga positions to offer more challenging positions to those who need it. 10-15 minutes of meditation at the end ties the experience together creating mental piece, a feeling of community, and serenity to take on the following day!

Restorative Assisted Stretching  


Restorative stretching course with instructor assisted stretches to loosen up tight muscles and relieve pain that accumulates throughout the week and leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. Props such as straps, blocks, and bolsters will be provided and used to deepen and support stretching postures.

Massage Therapy Session 

Times and Dates vary   

60 Minute massage therapy session with your own desired pressure and spot focus. Mona is known for her therapeutic deep tissue massage, but can also adjust the pressure to give you an hour of deep relaxation.
