Beginner’s Yoga  

Monday’s 6:00-7:00pm 

This beginners class offers you background knowledge on yoga theory, end of class discussions, and an intro into balancing chakras. Signing up for this beginners class gives you the confidence and ability to attend any of our regular yoga classes offered throughout the week, and gives you a small community feel as you begin to learn postures and poses.

Yoga Massage Fusion

Sunday, March 8th 7:00-8:15pm
Tuesday March 24th 6:99-7:00pm 

A fusion of relaxing and supportive positions enhanced through touch and mindfulness. Students hold gentle, supported stretches for up to 10 minutes while a licensed massage therapist works various muscles groups with light to medium pressure, allowing for a head to toe massage in one single class.

25$ a session

Yoga Flow

Wednesday’s: 6:00pm-7:00pm

This one hour yoga flow class focuses on strengthening, toning, and stretching through different asanas. Modifications are always available to moves. Yogis of all levels are welcome to join. We occasionally work towards inversions and ashtanga positions to offer more challenging positions to those who need it. 10-15 minutes of meditation at the end tie the experience together creating mental piece, a feeling of community and serenity to take on the following work day!

Baby and Me

Saturday’s:9:00-10:00am 

Baby and me classes are for parents with young children. We go through a series of asanas that promote strength and fitness while bonding with your child. Some strength building exercises such as push-ups and squats built in to the class There is a 10-15 minute session after the class to interact with other parents and ask questions. Whats better than being able to bring your child to yoga class with you! A great way for new parents to get back in to group exercise routines.

Pilates

Thursday’s: 6:00pm-7:00pm

Fitness that uses your body weight to improve cardiovascular health and physical strength. Modifications are available and suitable for all levels of fitness.

Beer Yoga

Friday, September 28th 6:30-7:30pm 

This class incorporates beer drinking into yoga poses, whether it’s by balancing the bottle on your head or taking a few sips while settling into a pose so you are downing an adult beverage (or two) throughout the course of the session. What is better than beer and yoga, getting to drink out a light-up cup! Sign up now to secure your spot.
